Communication methods used by children who cannot rely on speech alone — including symbol boards, communication apps (e.g. Proloquo2Go), high-tech devices (e.g. Tobii Dynavox) and low-tech aids. When required, AAC devices and SALT support to use them can be written into Section F of an EHC Plan.
